When you check out of your shopping cart there will be a $5 handling charge to cover packaging costs.
Returns for warranty purposes should follow directions on the enclosed warranty information included with your product.  Returns for other reasons should contact us at the e-mail below with your reason for return.

Gourmet Standard Warranty Information: Express Warranty
a.  Tri-Ply Cookware: Subject to the exclusions and limitations stated in section 6 of your warranty card, Gourmet Standard warrants its Tri-Ply cookware to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal household cooking condition for as long as the original purchaser or user, as identified on the warranty registration card, owns our cookware.

b.  All Other Products: Subject to section 6 of your warranty card, Gourmet Standard warrants to the original purchaser or user, as identified on the warranty registration card, all of its other products will be free of material defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 20 years from date of purchase when used under normal household cooking conditions.
